Beautiful set of chafing dishes. Came well packed and was easy to put together. Two issues, one of the stands has a chip around the top where the water bowl is placed and also 2 chips at the bottom of the leg on the same stand. Second issue, 2 of the sterno holders are stuck and I was unable to get them apart. Had to enlist my adult son who also had to use a little muscle to get them opened. Maybe slightly out of shape because the other 2 open without a problem. All in all very happy with my purchase. Used Dawn power-wash and a sponge for easy cleanup. No stains at all. Also purchased silicone utensils to protect from scratching.

Easy to assemble, wash and use. Food dis not stick to surfaces and was easy to clean. Made my family style food look elevated. Received many compliments on the look, style and design of dishes. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough of this conpany. They are just the best! I reported a minor issue but they went above and beyond. Chafing dishes’ quality is so good already, I liked the color, the functionality, the durability and storage capacity, evrything! I bought a few chafing dishes before but ended up returning each one of them but with this we are truly satisfied. Definitely for keeps! It is worth it!

Beautiful aesthetic - used the chafing dishes for a party and got a lot of compliments on them. East to assemble for first time use. Easy to clean but the bottoms of the water pans get burned and discolored by the sterno. My only complaint is that one of the food pans arrived scratched inside.

The 4-pack chafing buffet set is of great quality and looks high-end. I had previously ordered a different brand, but it felt cheap and was made of thin metal compared to these. I'm really glad I found this set. The glass cover, silicone parts, and sturdy metal construction all add to its premium feel. One thing to note, though, is that one of the stands is slightly crooked and not perfectly round (see pic attached). I have to push the bowl down to make it fit, and it's a bit of a struggle to take it out. However, given the overall quality and appearance, I'm still very happy with the purchase. It's definitely worth 5 stars.
