Don’t wear it all the time, late afternoon when gardening or car maintenance just relief from lower back pain. Don’t want to rely on it too much as I do feel it could replace muscles in my back and I would have to wear it constantly The relief from pain is amazing and gives me so much more time to potter😃

I’ve been suffering with sciatica for a couple of years now. It always seems to flare up when I gain a bit of weight… yes I know, lose the weight and help the problem… I am, thank you very much 😅I received this brace and it provides very good quality and support. It stretches a lot and seems a little understated on the size department. I’m usually a 2xl and bought the xl which is nearly too big for me. Make sure you measure before buying.So far so good though. I have Pain relief from using it. It’s not magic so don’t expect that but it definitely helps.Overall it’s good value for money and does a good job.

The side straps are great for adjusting the belt's tightness and fit. Very comfortable and certainly does the trick in good support, making it far less painful to walk. Mid range in price, high end in quality.

I’ve had back problems for over 8 years, keep getting fobbed off by my GP making out it’s nothing and went help me at all. It only just dawned on me that I could try a back brace and this seemed like the best option available with plenty of structure and support. This is honestly the best £29 I’ve ever spent. I have all the symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis and herniated disk and this took a lot of that pain away instantly. Like after being in agonising pain for years, not being offered any help on investigation and this has made such a difference the moment I put it on, I could cry!

Nice. Good for purpose

Really disappointed with this one. Everything looked great until I tried to put it on. When I went to tighten the straps one side popped out and looking closer I noticed one of the plastic moulded rings hadn't been fully formed. Pretty much renders the whole item useless if I can't tighten it up. Had to return for refund. Given the quality of the rest of the item I thought maybe their quality control would've perhaps been on the same level. Apparently not.
