They were attractable fishing pole combo was fantastic. I was just at Belle Isle State Park in Virginia. And I used it to catch smallmouth bass, sunfish, walleye and blue crab. I wasn't sure how well this small pole was going to work but it actually stood up to the challenge. Now remember you're not going to use this pole to catch the big fish. But you can use it to catch the small and medium fish. It's a good value for your money, the functionality is very very easy. The weight It's almost imperceptible, and being that it folds down it's very compact and allows for good maneuverability.

Kids already broke a piece off on third use but other wise great gift

I bought these fishing rods for my 2 kids. We have used them 2 weekends in a row and really like them. They are made with really good materials that will last a long time. I like that it comes with a bag to fit everything in it. It even has extra room to fit more fishing supplies in it. The price was really good for all that it comes with.

The reel worked flawlessly! The rod however, not so great. After casting and reeling for about thirty minutes. I caught my first fish with it and while reeling it in the tip eye broke off. The fish wasn't very big so I blame poor craftsmanship. The ease of travel was great! I brought it with me to our place in the Dominican Republic with no issues whatsoever. I gave three stars for the reel and ease of travel. I'll see if I can buy a rod locally.

Looks great. But haven't tried it yet. I'm a lefty so the right or left option for the reel is like having a set of left handed golf clubs handy ... Yaaa.

They give us a rating 50/100 because one pole and real, not so much the pole, but the real itself will not walk in and makes it very ineffective when you were casting I’m trying to block your reel in the place. All it does is wanna expel line and that is not a good thing to a real fisherman so I rate the other pole is zero and the other pole of 50 keep in mind when buying this combo.
