Me and my husband has been using these for over 3 months. They are durable and I love they have different sizes and can be doubled if needed. Only with they came with a second set of handles and door attach so I wouldn't have to share.

There is plenty of weight, and easy to choose what weight I want for each exercise. I have used it for over 3 months now and get a better work out each time I use it.

The bands are great and provide a good amount of resistance. Can't verify it's the rated amount but they are plenty for me to get a good workout. The semi circle rings on the handles have a gap in them. The force from the bands has pulled the ring apart rather quickly so I had to replace them with carabiners. Overall great product but I've owned other cheap bands and they did not have this issue.

Durability and great value for your money. There are some many different ways you can use these bands, with the workout guide it is almost a complete gym set.
