My wife’s Review: I’ve been taking these along with a Berberine supplement. I do feel like these work, but there is an adjustment period for your body. Digestion improved quickly. It did minimise my appetite quickly as well, but there were some ups and down as my body adjusted. My appetite minimised, then it seemed to increase. After almost three months, it’s now stabilised and my appetite is much lower again. I’m still eating fine, but feel much better if I eat smaller meals. I have lost a little bit of weight. However, I’m not sure if this is related or if I have another health issue. A couple weeks after I started taking it, I developed upper abdominal pain. I started thinking it was gallstones or pancreas issues. I stopped taking for a few days, didn’t make much pan difference. The pain has been coming and going for a couple months now and I’m still taking this. I did research and can’t find anything at all about this being a potential side effect. So I don’t know if it is the pills or another health issue as I haven’t seen a doctor yet. But perhaps something to be aware of. But I’m happy with the lower appetite and little weight loss.
