The size of these bread proofing baskets are the perfect size for our family. The quality of them are Awsome and super easy to clean. The shape the dough perfectly. They function exactly as described. This was our first time ever to make sour dough. For us this was a success!!

Starter jar and accessories feel like a good quality but I really wish “kit” included starter dough. Yes you can make your own with 3 ingredients but starting a new kit takes a bit of work each day for 5 to 10 days to get mature culture. Did not want to wait on new setup so bought starter to jumpstart the process. Just wish it had it already. Jar and cover is nice, spatula and brush are easy to grasp, well packaged.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday and she loved it. She recently started getting into making sourdough so this was the perfect kit! It has all the essentials! No assembly required. Perfect size, weight, and color! Highly recommend for bread makers or people who want to start!

I’m not a person who is impressed easily, but I’m impressed with this set up. From the size of the jar that is well-made to its beautiful decorations on the side. It also comes with an app - (Super Baking”. This is very professionally done and you can’t go wrong. It comes with the cloth top to let it breathe and the lid has temperatures on it for perfect mix.

These tools helped me create a better quality loaf! I never would have thought a little more upgraded products would help out, but they did! I also like this set because it wasn't too many extra items, just enough. The banneton helped my dough rise, breathe and shape much better. The bench scraper was very helpful in creating lots of tension in the dough. The scorer was very helpful, since I could never get the sharp cuts before. The particular whisk for dough is much easier to use and clean.

Ich bin mit dem Superbaking Sauerteig Set sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung des Gärkörbchens ist gut und das Material wirkt stabil und hochwertig. Den Bezug sollte man vor dem ersten Gebrauch unbedingt gut waschen, danach funktioniert alles problemlos. Besonders positiv ist das Rasiermesser, das sehr scharf ist und saubere Schnitte im Teig ermöglicht. Der Metallschaber ist ebenfalls praktisch, allerdings sind die Maßangaben in Inch gehalten. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Set, das sich auch hervorragend für Einsteiger eignet und alles mitbringt, was man für den Start ins Sauerteigbacken braucht.
