I got 3 of these In hard Blue and Medium Orange and Green firmness. They are different and beneficial in the right circumstances. I can now say the harder one has been usefull at the tip to get pressure points in the rib cage. The orange has pressure like a blunt finger tip while the blue can be a more pointed feeling. I revised this review to highlight these facts after using them actively. I got the Green one several months later. I tend to over use the harder orange one and decided to try the green which has more "give" it doesnt poke you as much as squish into the proper spot making it less agressive. Helps me not agravate the spots that I might have over massaged and bruised. Green is great on massaging hand tendons between bones. The blue is nicely hard and pointed for sports in my rib cage. The orange is the most all around choice. First up this seemed interesting for some hip issues I have in the tensor fasciae latae. This tool gets in there properly against a wall or counter. I also use it on the side of my hip. I freed a point in my soulder while watching TV. I used to use thumb pressure but that resulted in other issues. I was also putting a lot of strain on my fingers by trying to work some trigger points . This has helped as I can grab it in ways that my hand and arm are better positioned to apply pressure. All angles are useable. I was thinking of using it with oil to massage my wife and put less thumb pressure to get in deep tissue. I have 4 littlemum care tools that help alot for piriformis and shoulders and abdominal issues . These do things that those bigger ones can't and my lacrosse balls can't get precise on. The trigger point manual by Clair and Amber Davies and these tools have helped me figure out back aches, digestive issues and many assorted issues I figured were all a part of growing old. I can maintain myself and get a massage when I want to relax not because Im in pain. I have become responsible for my own healing. Many people here have as well. Add this versatile tool to your collection and work on more precise points. It's a truly inexpensive extra and must.

Me encanta, justo lo que buscaba para puntos gatillo de la espalda (o de cualquier zona) difíciles de alcanzar, buen material, aunque es de goma es bastante firme, el tamaño es perfecto, lo volvería a comprar sin pensarlo

This is perfect for working out knots in my jaw and neck from TMJ. It’s small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, so it’s definitely for smaller trigger points, but exactly what I needed. It’s portable enough that I carry it with me almost all the time now, and despite being solid and firm, it’s not heavy. It’s a perfect design and has been a huge help for my pain levels. I am so glad I bought this.

Prior to trying this, I had never used a peanut massage ball. I have used an exercise roller and a massage ball and do like both of those. This, however, is quite effective and seems to act almost like a cross between the two. I like the fact that it is larger than the massage ball and does not put pressure on the spine or other body parts that are placed in its center. It is quite effective at putting pressure in the right places to relieve that tension caused by knots that I tend to get in my back. There is no product smell, and it appears to be a sturdy, well-made product. I find it easier to use than a massage ball, which is really quite small. This stays in place more easily, and I like having pressure on either side of my spine as opposed to just one side. It is easily transportable, so it can always be handy whether at home or wherever I might need it. If I were shopping for just one item to use as a roller, I think this peanut massage ball would be the best choice. By accessing both sides of the spine, which is where the nerve roots originate, it can effectively target the source of the pain that leads to the extremities very effectively. It can, of course, be used in other areas of the body that I have not, to this point, focused on. I recommend this peanut massage ball to anyone in search of targeted pain relief without putting undue pressure on areas that may cause discomfort in the process. When compared with other similar products, this one seems to be well priced. It is easily carried, easily stored and easily cleaned, all while being effective. It is a high-quality, non-toxic product made it Taiwan.

A very effective product - both of them. Very expensive for what it is though. Must cost pennies to mould.
