Great seller, great camera.
I ordered my Nikon D3200 on 30th Dec and it arrived on the 2nd Jan. I purchased the option of 'refurbished - good' as it was £40 cheaper than 'refurbished - excellent'. Whilst the order only came with the body, standard lens, battery and charger - which was all I expected. I have been able to purchase lots of other optional extras from Amazon. The camera itself came in really good condition. No marks or scratches on the lenses or view finder. The only issue I could find was the rubber eye cap had disintegrated and split, not a problem as I've ordered a set of 3 from amazon for apx £6. The manual was easy enough to find on the net and I've also read a few books about the camera. I've only played with it so far, whilst working out all the different modes. I do really like this camera and the photos its produced so far. I cannot fault the seller. The item came well packaged and on time and I would definitely buy from them again. Im very excited to see what I can achieve with this camera.

Great price for a Camera
I am Satisfied with the camera quality. Best Camera picture quality. Happy with the value of the camera. Just starting off with the Nikon Camera as I learn and progress.

fantastic camera for the price, really helped us captures some good pictures. settings where simple and easy to use, only slight downful is that the camera didn't come with a dust cover for the lens.

Nice camera, poor support
Product was fine, but no operating manual so being able to enjoy the exploring of how the product functions was and is continuing to frustrate. No connecting cables for down loading pictures. Probably wouldn’t recommend as you just do not know what you are going to receive in the box.
