Impressive Print Quality & Easy to Use
I was a little hesitant about getting into resin printing, but the ANYCUBIC Photon Mono 4 has completely won me over. Right out of the box, setup was quick and straightforward. The instructions were clear, and within an hour, I had my first test print done. The print quality is fantastic—sharp details, smooth surfaces, and minimal layer lines. I’ve printed miniatures, custom parts, and even some intricate models, and everything has turned out beautifully. The monochrome screen speeds up print times while also lasting longer than traditional LCDs, which is a huge plus.I also appreciate how user-friendly this printer is. The resin vat and build plate are easy to clean, and leveling is simple compared to other printers I’ve used. So far, I’ve had zero failed prints, which speaks to how well-calibrated this machine is.If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality resin printer at a great price, this is definitely the one to get. Highly recommended!

Great beginner resin printer
Liked:I liked the easy setup and high resolution. It prints fast - about twice as fast as my current 4k printer. The print size is large enough to accommodate most prints you'd want, while not being so large that it takes an entire bottle of resin to get to a good level. The bed is very easy to level and feels more secure than my Elegoo Mars 3 with four points to tighten rather than just two. If you have a print where a piece fell off, it give you an option after each print to clean the vat - I love that!Disliked:It feels a little cheap. Very lightweight and the cover is an almost flexible plastic. But, they had to get that price down somehow, am I right? Neither of these things affect print quality, o they don't bother me much.I will probably order another so I can print more, faster.

A worthwhile starting 3D printer
This is a pretty good resin printer especially for its price point. I naturally would like a little bigger printable dimensions; especially in the y axis. It’s really easy to set up and use, I would be even happier if they had at least an option to add a heater & fume filter but I had no difficulties with printing as long as the room was at least 68 degrees. Another bonus is Anycubics new water soluble resin, as long as the lid is on the fumes aren’t a big issue. The clean up and washing is so much better with only water instead of isopropyl alcohol. After some more experience, I will be buying a bigger Anycubic unit but I will definitely keep this one for smaller prints, saves on resin use.

Great entry level resin printer
Fantastic printer for miniatures. I do reccomend upgrading to a flexible magnetic build plate the default plate is hard to get things off of. Great build quality and nice sleak design very easy to use comes with great software though I eventually switched to chituboxBefore buying make sure you have the followingVented EnclosureNice level place to put itPlenty of glovesHigh proof isopropyl alcoholExtra flash drivesPlenty of paper towelsGogglesHobby clippersDedicated scissorsComputer with plenty of storageI reccomend a USB port extender so you don't have to reach all the way to the back to plug in and your less likely to wear out to portSome way of uv curing not only completed products but also any of the leftover supports. Anything needs to be fully cured before throwing away it is hazardous waste until then.Things to knowResin is a mess. It makes everything sticky and is very hard to wash off fully. The best way to clean it is with alcohol. .Supports your prints can be tough to remove and will sometimes fly away from youIf you can afford it go for the ultra for wifi connection because this model requires usb storage

Very happy
I love it. I’m still new at it and have hiccups but the machine works great and came with good instructions on set up.

Overall not great
First couple of prints were great and the software was pretty good however I quickly ran into multiple issues usb port started acting up and would only pick of the files only so often. There is no clear instructions of guide to the settings on the machines everything must be learned through your own research and failure. The cherry on top the resin vat started leaking leaving cured reain on the lcd screen completely ruining the entire thing. I cant really say id recommend especially for beginners into this hobby. Ive started a return on this product but and will be sending it back but not confident ill even get a refund. Which honestly this thing has been such a headache I dont care if rather just not continue looking at it.

First Resin Printer.
I was a little apprehensive about getting into resin printing but this printer is easy to use. The print quality is there. It’s a perfect starting printer.I would recommend an enclosed printing tent that has an exhaust fan you can hook up to a window to keep the fumes from accumulating inside the room you are printing in

It's fun!
I make miniatures, and I always seem to want items that aren't readily available or affordable to purchase. So I wanted a 3D printer to make my own, and with miniatures, a resin printer was a must for fine detail. I only needed a small one and it looked like the Photon Mono 4 fit the bill. It took me 3 days to actually try printing one of the test prints, because I was watching so many you tube videos, and reading comments in a Mono 4 support group. It was all very confusing! I finally just put the USB in, and pressed print for one of the test ones. It came out really well and seemed to print fairly quickly.
