I really like the comfort of this mask-nice weight and made with great material-soft and soothing. It stays either hot or cool for about 12 minutes-wish that time was longer, but may not be realistic given the size. Very nicely made and effective mask. I have used it for migraine as a cold pack and as a warm pack for sore neck. Also helpful for a recent gum abscess. Good purchase for a fair price. Easy to use.

So soft and works very well. It just cools or warms whichever you would like made a good quality materials very soft to your skin.

If your eyes are burning and painful this is a very good and comfortable cold pack. However it doesn’t stay cold very long compared with other ones, so only 4 stars.

I absolutely love this. Definitely helps relieve migraines and I love that it’s not a whole cap. Doesn’t make me feel claustrophobic and isn’t too tight on the eyes. I sometimes wear it more on my forehead so I can see what my toddlers are doing but still get the relief I need.

Got this for my bestie going through a tough break-up to help with her puffy eyes & she loved it so much that I bought another one for myself. I get headaches sometimes and it definitely helps with the pain. I used it for about 15 minutes and it was still cool when I took it off. It doesn’t take that long to get cold in the freezer. I’m not sure how it is when heated as I haven’t tried that yet, but I love that it is multifunctional for different uses. Upon opening, it smelled normal and I just kept it in the plastic pouch it came in when freezing it to protect it from any weird smells from the freezer. Overall, I am satisfied with this product, and so is my friend. :)

Words can't express how excited I was for this product. And I'm so happy to say, it's even better than I anticipated! I had a blue migraine mask that I'd gotten from giant eagle in the "as seen in TV" section but it's too tight. Then I found a migraine mask at Ollie's bargain outlet that's bigger but I misplaced it and can't find it ANYWHERE. So then I ordered one on amazon but a shipping error occurred and I never got it. Then I ordered this product, which came ON TIME and is everything as described. It's a thicker material, cool even without refrigeration, and my favorite part is that it's velcro adjustable. So if I don't want it tight/don't have a migraine and just want to relax, I can do that. It's wide enough that it covers my ears as well. Very comfortable. The material is sleek and seems like it will be easy to clean. I'm so, so happy with this product. I highly recommend it, whether you get migraines or just want to relax, it's worth it!

Buy multiple if you want to use them for more than 10 minutes. They don’t stay cold. Come out of the freezer too cold to use, but quickly loose any effectiveness. You have about a 7-10 minute window you can use it. Works wonders for migraines 10 minutes at a time.

This mask really works. It is thick and heavy but much like a weighted blanket, it feels good. And so nice and cool. I only use it after visiting the bathroom in early morning and what a blessing. I can now go right back to sleep. It completely keeps the light out.

I bought this after reading an article about using a cold forehead compress can help you fall to sleep. Used one for the first time yesterday and was asleep in seconds - amazing! They seem great quality and I didn't realize there are two in the box, which was a bonus
