Standard Apple Smooth Bent Meerschaum Pipes

Oh my, this is a clever product, but not well executed. Mine arrived well packed, but still with a cracked bowl. Caveat Emptor, true Meerschaum pipes are carved, not made from a ceramic paste.I hope whomever made this is not discouraged and tries again. Like I said, a very clever product. But do not buy it.

I didn't realize it at the time but it is made out of a "meerschaum formulation" in stead of a solid meershaum block. Mine broke after 9 days. I am not sure if it was cracked during shipping and I didn't notice, if I got it too hot, or if I knocked it against my cork knocker too hard. I'm not upset, it is a cheap pipe after all, I just figured I would have more time with it.

This recie ed a low rating as the bowl is cracked in just two days of use. It was not mistreated or dropped. Photo shows the crack that may have been there and only now contrasts. Cracked from rim to stem vertically.

This is "pressed" meerschaum.I do not trust this will last very long.I recommend saving for a better pipe from a reputable seller.

The pipe was not the same style as in the picture, and had a small crack in it. We didn't think it would affect smoking out of it, but during the first use it broke. We would not recommend, or buy from them again.

No customer help. Pipe broke in half as I was smoking it!
