I usually purchase Dr's BestPepzinGI Zinc l carnosine.This brand has a small difference in amounts of Zinc, but its just as great for digestive healing in my opinion.The small capsules are very easy to swallow and easily digestible.I've been using these for about a month and get the same benefits at a slightly lower price.Overall a great value for an excellent product.(:

havent tried it yet for efficacy but the container is rediculous. Bottle is approx 4.5 inches tall and the capsules fill only approx 3/4 inch of the bottle. That is wasteful and takes up too much space in my cabinet for the contents. A much smaller bottle would be more convenient and cost effective.

Unsure of claim of how much it helps as have changed up my diet recently . No bad side affects. Small size and easy to swallow.

There's a fair amount of scientific evidence that Zinc L-Carnosine works better than zinc alone for stomach and muscle issues. I get a fair amount of dietary zinc (and too much zinc can interfere with copper absorption) so I've only been using one pill per day to stay under the US RDA for zinc. It has helped calm my stomach down.

This is not a review of the product, but of the seller, Force Factor. The bottle was large, and the pills took up less than 1/8 of the bottle space. That caused me to wonder why the discrepancy. Decided to count the number of pills, which were supposed to be 120. Counted twice. There were only 103 pills in the bottle, so there were 17 missing. Not a lot really, but... I would appreciate Force Factor replacing the missing pills and making sure that their counts are accurate in the future. attached is a photo of the bottle and the small container that I put the pills in after counting. Please make this right. Thank you.
