Just received my product today , used a few drops already will use it again . I may need to soak my toe.

First time in months my toes don't hurt as I was finally able to trim the two toenails (1 on each foot),

Just started and it does seem to be working. I wish the applicator was better. It’s hard to see the product or apply evenly.

A product I'd used before and used up became unavailable so I started researching the other ingrown toenail products on Amazon and after reading many positive reviews decided on this one. BIG mistake. I didn't even really have an ingrown nail, just some thickened skin that could potentially at some point become one. I used this product twice a day with the goal of softening the built up skin so I could soak and remove it. After the first day there was no change. On the second I noticed some swelling at the corner of my toe but no change in the softening of the skin. By the third or fourth it was hot, red, inflamed and extremely painful with zero change in the texture of the skin. It was so bad I decided to do a full pedicure starting with a warm water Epsom salt soak. When I went to start removing cuticle, at the first bit of pressure on that toenail a pus pocket burst! Now, I'm no nail amateur. I'm not a practicing nail artist but I did go through Cosmetology school and I know nails. I have NEVER had any kind of nail infection. I'm not blaming the infection on this product, but I am saying it did absolutely nothing to soften or break down thickened skin which is the entire point of the product. It certainly didn't help with any pain. It started out a tiny bit sore and in a few days turned excruciating. So this gets a big NO from me. It did absolutely nothing to soften the skin or break it down in any way. It's literally like water. It did NOTHING.

I get ingrown toenails often. Usually can deal with it myself. This one! Ugggghh. Decided to wait it out. Then looked on Amazon for a product. Ordered yesterday and got it today. Treated after my shower. End of day now and Just told my husband, “No pain at all pressing down.” Now I feel I can wait it out enough to lift and pull it. Thank you!!!

This is my second purchase of this product because I spilled the first one. By using from that bottle I had gotten rid of my ingrown toe nails on both big toes and still had product left 😊. That being said I bought this bottle to make sure I had product in case they started to grow back. It has been over a year since I have had any trouble and if my toes get that “feeling” I just use it for a couple of days and all is good. Buy it you won’t be sorry!!
