This is a good tea, great mild taste and stimulating as well. I am just recovering from an upper respiratory infection and this hot tea help a lot in my recovery. I am going to keep me a supply on hand from now on.

This is a delicious nutritious sipping tea that’s just perfect for that mid-afternoon break with a good book, cozy chair and comfy blanket. I use huge mugs and steep two bags for a nice long luxurious break from all the errands I choose to ignore while enjoying my “me time”. Totally recommend it!

I read about and been told about the health benefits of this tea and they were true. It helped lower my blood pressure within days. Before drinking it my blood pressure was 172/109 and 4 to 5 days later my blood pressure was 117/74. If you have health issues or trying to avoid issues, I suggest this tea. It also has a great taste even without sugar.

Turmeric has a wonderful flavor and combined with ginger and cinnamon gives it soothing taste.

So, I imagined, as this is tea, that the tea bag would contain all dehydrated versions of the herbs and such, that actually needed to steep in hot water. However, when I opened my first packet, it was a powdery mess… turmeric powder was flying in the air, and I was shocked at the cloud of orange. I’ve never purchased tea with turmeric before, so perhaps this is how it typically is, but as this is my first experience, I’m rating it accordingly. This is the reason for four stars. The taste is very strong, with the turmeric overpowering the flavor. It was hard to pick up on notes of ginger and cinnamon.
