LOVE this little solar fountain! I've had several from different suppliers & this one has a great solar power source, worked right out of the box & while it does slow down some in the shade, it still keeps working. Very easy to assemble, the moveable arms keep it centered in the bowl & all the different nozzle options are great to find the one you like best. It does pump strongly when in full sun, so you may have to fill bird bath bowl daily, but that's better for the birds & bees to have fresh water anyway. Should be simple to clean, has a small sponge-type filter inside the pump which is easily accessible. Now just curious to see how long it lasts, as my last one worked for nearly three full seasons (May to Oct). Overall, very please with this purchase! This solar fountain pump works perfectly! It was super easy to set up and started running as soon as the sun hit it. I love the different nozzles,it lets you change up the water pattern for a fun look. It adds such a peaceful sound and beautiful touch to my bird bath and garden. The birds love it too! Great little solar-powered feature for any outdoor space.

I purchased this to go with a bird bath/water stand. It works well and shoots out water and doesn't seem to scare the birds at all. I particularly like the spinning attachment, but that seems to intermittently work. I haven't done it yet, but I think that if I glue a penny at the center of the spinner it should fix the issue. This is completely solar powered without any battery backup, so it turns off when you walk by or a bird perches with the sun behind it. Although a small battery to keep it going would be nice, it was also fun to watch the bird duck for a drink and have it start spraying, then stand up and stop the spray. I think I was more amused than the bird was confused.

So far, it’s great! I ordered the smaller motor since my birdbath is very small and shallow. From reading other reviews I knew to turn the switch to the “min” setting. I hadn’t even gotten it set up, only taken it out of the package and walked outside, when the motor came on. The solar panel works wonderfully. I do see what people are saying about the sensitivity of the panel - if it’s in shade the amount of power it puts out is very low, but it still suits my purpose. I did try on one of the nozzle heads, and it sprayed well, but it was going to shoot the water a little outside of my small area so the original water bubbler works well for me. I was a little worried the suction cups wouldn’t stick to terra cotta, but they worked just fine! I hope it weathers well! I keep trying to add a video but it won’t let me.

Hello, I went ahead and I purchased one more due to the fact the other two did not work but I wanted to see if they were faulty or not. I know the other two were faulty because I never got them to work but that’s OK. I really like them anyway they were so pretty so I went ahead and purchased one more And hopefully I won’t get a faulty one. Maybe they’ll understand that I did have two faulty ones if this one works, I’ll give them five stars. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and praying that these work for me cause I think they’re really cute. I love them that much just to spend more money on them Because they were cute. Hopefully the seller understand what I’m saying thanks. I wish the seller would help me out here. I have wrote many things on here about. The item, I have tried everything once again and brought it in and let it stand overnight and sit in the sun. I still can’t get it to work. It would be nice if you could send me two more that I had purchased and neither work I’m really trying here to get them to work And they just don’t work. I dried them out and cleaned them. Everything I thought of I’d highly appreciate some help here if the sword would come back to me one way or another and let me know if he could help me in someway I have lost money on them, but I really like them all the same. They were really cute when they worked and I really like them. They were cute and they worked very well for me until they stopped working. Can you please help me in someway. I really would like them to work. Maybe I got some faulty ones. I don’t know, but I don’t work. Is there any chance you can help me with this product? I would get five stars if I had got them to work, but they didn’t so please help me out. I really like them and maybe I just got a faulty product like I said please help. I really like these water fountains so can you please help me out thank you So far so good they have not went out. Of course it’s only been about a week and a half not even a really a week. We’ll see. I’ll update later, but I love the collar. disappointed they don’t work after two days. They are trash. Everyone told me to buy these. They are no good. Everyone said they worked for a long time, but they only worked for two days. We switched them on and off and they still don’t work. I’m so disappointed that they don’t work anymore and I bought two. I thought they looked pretty when they were now they don’t work at all. This is so sad. I’m so disappointed and I’m so upset. It hurts my heart that they don’t work now. 😢😢😢😢😢😢

The AISITIN 3.5W Solar Fountain Pump does what it claims and for the most part, does it well. The extendable arms do a very good job of keeping the fountain centered in the bird bath. I do have a few issues with the fountain. First, the solar feature does work well, but ONLY when in direct sunlight. On even slightly overcast days, there is not enough enough sunlight to fully power the pump (if at all). Second, I find that for a medium size bird bath, the spray (and mist created) dramatically increases the rate of evaporation and cause the water to be completely gone in less than 3 hours. My bird bath holds about 3 gallons of water. Constantly refilling the bath (which I typically do just once per day) has become a chore. If you are using this in a larger pond or a very large bird bath, this rate of evaporation may not be an issue for you. The setup of the unit is simple and straight forward and the variety of spray nozzles can give you the effect you want. I deducted 2 Stars for the low sensitivity of the solar panels (not working well or at all in muted sunlight) and the water loss in a medium size bird bath. I posted a video showing the weak stream of water on a slightly overcast afternoon and a photo showing the sky at that time. 3 Stars and I cannot recommend this item for use in a small to medium bird bath. NOTE: this does not have a battery nor an On/Off switch. So it comes on when the sun shines and shuts off when there is no (direct) sunlight. If you are going to be gone for a few days, I recommend you remove it from your water feature. I write honest reviews based on real life experience with each item to help others make informed purchases. I read reviews too, and appreciate how helpful they can be. They left out a very important detail from the instructions. There are two large foam circles, one on top and one on the bottom. The one on the top is obviously to protect the solar panel and also to protect the little stem that sticks out the top; you have to take that circle off in order for everything to work. The foam circle on the bottom seemed to be to protect the pump and stuff on the bottom, so we took it off also. Then we attached a spray head and set the whole thing down in the water. And it sank like a rock! Turns out the foam circle on the bottom makes the whole thing float! So there are two foam circles, one on top and one on the bottom, one you have to take off and one you have to leave on, and, as far as I can see, the instructions don't mention either one of them. Anyway, as far as how it works, it's great! We've only used one spray head because it's the only one we're interested in, because it's perfect for our tiny pre-formed pond. In the morning the pond is in dappled shade and the fountain works fine; in the afternoon it's in full sun and the fountain works even better; the more light that hits the solar panel, the more water it sprays, but it definitely does NOT have to be in full sun. When a cloud covers the sun and the whole yard is in shade, it still works a little bit, in spurts. We just got it so I have no idea how long it will last or anything else, but for now it works great. (As long as it has the foam circle on the bottom!)
