I've been using this Breathing Trainer for about a week now, following the instructions as closely as possible. While I haven't noticed any significant improvements in my breathing or throat congestion yet, I'm still hopeful that it might make a difference with continued use.The device itself is simple to use and the instructions are clear. However, I'm still on the fence about its effectiveness.I'll definitely keep using it for a few more weeks to see if there are any noticeable changes.
