Angels and Ancestors Oracle Cards: A 55-Card Deck and Guidebook

As a experienced Oracle card deck collector and reader I can not express how beautiful these cards are thanks to the stunning art work, wording from Kyle and wonderful finish. I have broken down this review in categories for ease of reading. Overall Finish- This deck comes in a box with a guide book which is easy to navigate and interesting to read. The box when opened has a little mantra (or prayer) to day each time you use your cards and even in the book shows you a ‘initiation’ you can do to connect with your cards which I found very helpful. They are a matte finish and have curved corners. The matte finish can sometimes prove tricky when shuffling however the more you use them the more they ease up. I tend to lay my decks out in front of my and hover over them and pick when I get the ‘feeling’ or shuffle a deck until they literally jump out of a pack so this is not a massive issue to me. Art work- stunning, stunning, stunning. I can’t explain how striking yet beautiful each imagine it with their bold outlines, more block like colours and diversity in each card. Some decks can feel very ‘samey’ in the colours used but if your doing a intuitive reading and use colours as a sign these deliver as each card is not the same as the last. The back of each card is a beautiful deep teal tone with a owl on them. Booklet- easy to read and navigate. I thoroughly reccomend looking up Kyle Gray on YouTube and watch some of his short tutorials too to as you really pick up on his gentle yet striking energy in these cards. Each card has a detailed meaning and is not simular to the last. Overall- these are my absolute favourite oracle cards and for a amazing deal. I saw them in a shop at about £20 and thought I would risk getting them online for a better deal worrying something would be missing but this is truly not the case. I can’t reccomend them enough. Tips- when buying a oracle deck, look up the deck on YouTube for ‘flick throughs’ to see what you think of the cards .. or even look on google images to see if you connect with the images first. I came across these cards while window shopping on amazon. My intention was not to purchase anything just see what's out there. I was given Rider-Waite tarot cards on my 18th birthday and tried to used them for several years but, did not have a bond with them they way most people did with their cards. So,they ended up being packed away for years. During that time I focused on developing my intuition and learned a great deal about myself and my ancestors spiritual history. Fast forward to the present, I finally had the confidence to ask for the name of my guardian angel and spirit guide and to my surprise I was given them while I was not in a meditative state. I was then drawn to amazon typed in angel cards. I was expecting to be drawn to Doreen Virtue angel cards but, this one appeared and I felt a rush almost like when you see a person you are attracted to but, afraid of letting them know. I thought very nice and continued to scroll down when the cards appeared again. I wanted to continue looking at all the other options when suddenly my computer started acting up not allowing me to proceed to the next page. I told my guides loud I have the right to see all my options. Then the computer started working again. I knew deep down I found the one and had to have them. I received the cards yesterday, unboxed them held them and felt electricity flowing through my hands. four cards were stuck together so I looked at them and the message was powerful and accurate. I then proceeded to bless them, bond with these beautiful cards properly give thanks to them and state my intentions and expectations (all in the book). The images are hypnotic and beautifully composed. They match the message and you can feel the intention of each card. Then, proceeded to use them. Every reading I did for myself and others were very accurate. It gave us all chills. The vibration from these cards are incredible and very powerful. I highly recommend these cards if you are wanting to connect with your angels and ancestors and of course use your inner knowing to fill in the dots (there are not many to fill in, that's how powerful these cards are) also great for those wanting to a add oracle cards to their collection.

The cards are beautifully illustrated and the little handbook that comes with it is most instructive. I have many oracle cards at home but this pack I must say is one of the best packs I have used because it really does illuminate the areas of life that the person is wrestling with and offers really profound insights into your circumstances and how to move forward. A lovely gift for someone or for yourself. The cards really do feel spiritually guided.

Since receiving my own Angels and Ancestors deck in mid September, I have been blown away by how beautiful, accurate and intuitive they are! I love all of Kyle's work and have always been uplifted by the encouragement and inspiration contained within his books and Oracle Decks. Angels and Ancestors has such beautiful artwork and the cards speak to you intuitively. The guide book gives wonderful direction for when we need a little prompting, and sometimes cannot see what is right in front of our faces. Even the box is beautiful, with inspirational prompts inside the lid and the base of the box - a lovely touch. As stated earlier in this review, I love all of Kyle's work, which makes it impossible for me to pick a favourite. However - having worked with my Angels and Ancestors deck for almost a month now, I can honestly say that this deck is as equally awesome as Kyle's other decks. Hope you choose to experience them for yourself - you will quickly bond with them and I am sure they will very soon become a favourite of yours too!

I absolutely love the Angel and Ancestor Oracle! It’s such a beautiful and insightful deck. The messages are meaningful and resonate deeply, offering guidance and clarity. I always feel connected when I use it. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for spiritual insight!

I got the app on iPhone for these cards before I purchased the deck and was seriously impressed with the readings from the app. However, getting the card deck was a whole new experience. I have 2 other decks from Kyle Gray (which I adore) but this oracle deck is something extra special. The cards come in a box with prayers on the inside covers which is so beautiful and welcomes you into the experience of opening and reading the cards for the first time. The cards are thicker than normal cards, which gives them a quality feel and the artwork by Lily Moses is absolutely awesome - these two have a special connection that just works. The 'Angels and Ancestors' are also clearly working their magic through the cards as any readings I have done with these have a different, more in-depth feel to them and seem to get right to the heart of the matter. If you're on the fence about buying these cards, please don't hesitate to add them to your basket, you won't regret it for a single minute. If you love Kyle Gray (and let's face it, who doesn't), you will love these cards. Just like Kyle they are full of integrity, awesomeness and magic! x

The Angels and Ancestors Oracle Cards, the latest release by Kyle Gray, comes in the standard Hay House box with accompanying book BUT the moment you remove the cards from their wrapper, you soon realise there is nothing standard about this deck at all, it is exceptional! Lily Moses’ artwork is so beautiful, and powerful, and there are cards here you could hold and sit with and never tire of looking at. The accompanying book is very useful and you see the deck has four sections divided thus: Sacred Ones - 30 cards Guardians ans Messengers - 12 cards Warrior Symbols - 9 cards and Seasons - 4 cards I watched a video on Kyle Gray’s website which explained the deck in detail and found that really useful. He talks about why he created it; what the four sections are; how to use the deck and how Lily Moses’ artwork has brought to life some of his visionary/journeying experiences. Watching this did help me grasp how to use the cards quite quickly but the book also has a section on this. Saying that, this deck is one of those rare ones that has the power to teach on a deep level in that the artwork is so powerful and conveys so much, it helps you centre yourself and quietly focus on one’s inner landscape and Otherworldly beings who continue to teach and impart their own particular gifts and messages to us. I’m delighted I bought this deck and though I don’t intend to use it to give readings to people, it will be well used helping me with my own personal development.
