Excellent! My new coffee machine has not been switched off since I got it. I didn't buy it for an office or a cafe, it is just for my own home use but I had been looking at buying a machine like this for a couple of years & I bought this as soon as I moved into my new place. Doesn't disappoint. I bought filters on amazon too which are great value as I use two at a time, this allows me to just add more grounds & make three full pots before changing the filters. I really do drink 3 to 4 pots of coffee every day & this product keeps two pots of coffee piping hot 24/7. If you are looking for a machine of this kind I can thoroughly recommend this model. Price & delivery excellent too!

Makes decent coffee. Easy to use (takes 90/240 sized filters, ships with ten to get you started). Fill with water, push the button, takes about five to seven minutes for a full pot of coffee. We are two people working from home most days and make two or three pots per day. Note this is entirely manual, so no automatic shut-off for the hot-plate. Instructions suggest 80-95 grams of coffee per pot, but that depends on coffee grind. We use espresso grind and 50-60 grams is fine for us. Adjust to your taste. As with many sellers on Amazon, you will be shipped a product that meets the technical specs, but might not be exactly what was described or pictured. Brand: Stalwart –– no, some brand called Adexa. Looks virtually identical and does all the same things. I never heard of Stalwart and I never heard of Adexa, so no problem. Stainless steel filter holder –– no, plastic, but performs the necessary function without problem. The only gripe affecting its function concerns the carafe. Liquid drips around the neck from under the plastic ring. A bad seal or a bad fit. That costs one star, but, otherwise, a good coffee maker for heavier duty use than a conventional consumer version.
