Exceptional customer service! Impressed!!!
I ordered three of these electric blankets about two months ago, and while two have been perfect, one suddenly displayed an F1 error code. I contacted the seller, and after we went through some troubleshooting steps together, it was determined that the unit was indeed defective. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service; the seller immediately sent a brand-new replacement once it was clear the initial remedy steps hadn't resolved the issue. The new blanket arrived quickly and works perfectly. As for the product itself, I really appreciate its simplicity. I primarily use the two main controls: the heat intensity, which ranges from 1 to 6, and the timer, which can be set from 1 to 10 hours. Unlike other blankets I’ve tried where even the highest setting is only lukewarm, this one provides genuine, consistent warmth. If I were to suggest one improvement for a future model, it would be to make the internal heating wires less noticeable. While the 'footprint' of the wires doesn't bother me much, they are fairly easy to feel through the fabric and might be a nuisance to more sensitive users. Overall, however, the excellent performance and top-tier support make this a great purchase.

Cozy lifesaver on a 28°‑F camping night—just BYO power bank 🔋🛌
Took this **USB heated blanket** on a weekend in the high desert where temps nose‑dived below freezing, and it absolutely saved the trip. Once I plugged it into a 10 000 mAh power bank, the six carbon‑fiber strips warmed up in under a minute—no metal “hot spots,” just even, gentle heat. **Stand‑out perks** * **True portability.** Rolls into the included compression sack to about the size of a football and weighs less than my fleece jacket. Perfect for tossing in a day‑pack. * **Three heat levels.** Medium (≈131 °F) was ideal inside my sleeping bag; high (149 °F) felt like a campfire on my lap while stargazing. * **Soft flannel shell.** Feels legit plush against bare skin and didn’t shed in the wash (they give you a laundry bag—nice touch). * **Wide heat coverage.** Six warming zones run almost edge‑to‑edge, so no cold “dead” spots. **Heads‑up quirks** * **Power source required.** You *must* bring a 5 V / 3 A power bank. My 10 000 mAh pack lasted about 3 hours on medium, 2 ish on high—carry a spare for all‑night warmth. * **Button light shuts off fast.** After 5 seconds the indicator goes dark (blanket still works). A quick press lights it back up, but it confused me at first. **Bottom line:** If you camp, hit chilly stadium bleachers, or just run cold on flights, this throw delivers toasty, even heat without the bulk of a plug‑in electric blanket. Add a decent power bank and you’re golden. Highly recommend for any “why am I doing this in winter?” adventure.

DO NOT BUY! THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY
My heated blanket, remote control still works after two months, but I can’t even wash or dry it because the cord plug came out from the fabric, I think someone sat on it on the couch. We usually use it for that and someone sat on it and this happened now I can still use it, but it is a fire risk because there are exposed wires I cannot even wash or dry it, as the washer will get the water inside the heated blanket through that slot and the dryer if any of those wires that are exposed, touch the drum, it’s likely to or spark a fire, or cause a short circuit at least. This blanket I got for the winter time, it gets colder. We live around 30s frost on the grass and everything in the winter, I thought this would be a great heated blanket when I first got it, but clearly it’s not after one and a half to two months of using I do not even use it that often I just have it under my bed covers with the top blanket on top of it, so it’s not even showing. While it is kind of comfortable, the material is pretty cheap. I got the full size one, and it worked out perfectly for one month but it’s been like this for a while and I just found out today that it’s a fire risk. I’ve been using it like this. I didn’t even know that. Seriously, though when I say my title, do not buy, I mean it COZYTY is probably some cheap rip off brand of the main brand itself. Using it even is kind of hard because the timer doesn’t go up to 12 hours like I like it to. It should be designed for this, that’s what you think right? Well, I guess it’s not. not only is that all, I have a full-size bed, and the cord is so small, it can’t even stretch from my outlet to the bed, middle of the bed or the other side of the bed from my wall outlet. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS. IT IS PROBABLY SOME RIP OFF OF THE ORIGINAL BRAND. I MEAN THIS: IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD LOOK UP SOMETHING BETTER MAYBE EVEN LOOK UP “COZTY HEATED BLANKET, ORIGINAL BRAND” OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT JUST TO CHECK WHAT THE REGULAR BRAND IS OF COURSE IT’LL BE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT THAT’S HOW ALL REGULAR BRAND ARE. I KNOW REGULAR BRANDS ARE WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OFFBRAND, BUT IT’S WORTH EVERY PENNY BECAUSE SOMETHING LIKE THIS WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU BUY OFFBRAND To anyone else who had the same problem or similar: I’m so sorry I have escalated the problem, told him it’s a fire risk no response yet it’s been a couple hours. You would think I’ve told them it’s a fire risk, they would flag that and put it in there first to respond pile…

Works as expected, and is real
Honestly a great blanket, got super toasty quickly with the preheat and would remain that way. I feel it was changing the temperature after preheat as I thought I set it at 3 or 4 but then would find it at 6. This isn't a huge issue but some odd quirk with usage. Id recommend it if you have a budget. Its not the best quality but its pretty standard compared to the Brookstone blanket I got from Target. It uses around 140 watts max which is respectable. The electronics near the remote do make an electrical noise which can be bothering in a silent environment or if you're sensitive to electrical sounds. I can't give a 5 star because there are better products but for slightly more price but I dont think youd be disappointed with what you paid for. In the end, I would gift this to someone.
