I have been using this chair for more than half a year. I am a little fat and the mesh has not sagged and no defects have been found during this time.

This is an amazing ergonomic chair, especially for people that tend to overheat easily. I have this chair at work and wouldn’t want to miss it for one second. I am naturally a more warm and during my work on the computer I can get really hot. This chair helps a lot with it since it does offer a good circulation of air.The ergonomic aspect of the chair is also nice. The lumbar support is fantastic. The adjustable armrests and headrest personalize the chair even more.It was very easy to assemble and rolls great on a mat.Overall, one of the better office chairs I am currently using and very high on the list have my go to chairs!

This has been a super comfortable office chair. It was pretty easy to put together and took about 20 min. The instructions were easy to follow and had all parts included. It came with an allen wrench with a handle that made assembly a breeze. The cushion is pretty comfortable as is the back mesh and arm rests; and the lumbar adjustment works great. No issues with height adjustment and the hydraulics hold without issue. The arms are able to be folded back if you need them out of the way. The chair doesn't take up a huge amount of room but is big enough to be comfortable for long periods of time which is great for anyone working at home. The only thing I didn't like as much were the included plastic casters which while they weren't super thin they got caught on the littlest things on the floor and would drag. Definitely something I wouldn't use without a floor mat. I ended up swapping them out with my old set of rubber casters from a prior chair which work great. Honestly not the worst thing given the rest of the chair works great and provides proper support, but maybe something to look at if you have hardwood floors to avoid them getting scratched up.

Everything is included in the box to assemble the chair including tools. There is an additional step that occurs in assembly that I haven't encountered much which is the assembly of the legs on the base of the spider assembly. What IS good in design is that the chair uses various length button head bolts of one sized Allen wrench tool requirement. Well done. Assembly is straight forward, but the box included a well detailed and illustrated instruction manual. There is a also a set of whit gloves that I didn't feel were necessary. Some good features include adjustable lumbar support, height adjustment piston and lever, adjustable tension rocker, a nice wide cushion, and rotatable and side arm rests. The difficulty I had, even after checking for tightness on the bolts, was there was some play in side to side movement (I would like to see better fitment to ensure a prolonged life of the chair. Other niceties that I'd like to see and wish were a part of the chair are a taller lift piston and something that is more of a personal preference is the inclusion of blade style roller wheels instead of the standard included plastic wheels--not a deal killer, though. Overall, this a nice office chair, better than a task chair, with only a slight issue with fitment or slop. This review is for the version without the separate headrest and with the padded (non mesh) seat cushion.

This office chair was relatively easy to assemble and came with all the tools I needed to get the job done. The wheels move smoothly, the chair swivels normally, and it's easy to lean forward and back in it. As a matter of fact, the tension for rocking back and forth is adjustable so we were able to set it where we want it. This chair seems well made and as though it will last a long time.A few areas that could be improved:*Armrests: They can be widened but not raised or lowered vertically, which is a drag.*Height Adjustment: The chair could benefit from a higher maximum seat height.Lumbar Support: While adjustable in pressure, it doesn’t allow for vertical positioning to suit different users' lower backs. It sits a bit low on my back.The model I received didn’t include the headrest shown in the product photos, so be sure to check the specific features before purchasing.Despite a few minor drawbacks, this is a comfortable, well-made chair that was easy to assemble. I’m happy with my order, and I would recommend this office chair to others.

This chair is the most poorly constructed, uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. The cushion under the seat mesh doesn't mask the hard plastic. The the angle of the seat is unnatural. The back support at its lowest is too high to be in my lower back where the support should go, and the head rest only goes to the middle of my shoulders. It's horrible. A very bad product.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions provided. Well built chair with many adjustable elements: headrest, height, armrests, lumbar support and recline ability. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a computer chair.

This chair is great. It’s very comfortable has adjustable arms so I can lift them up and slide the chair under the table. This is a great buy.
