Dual Reptile Lamp Stand Reptile Light Stand with Two Flexible Brackets, Height Adjustable (15.7 inch to 74.3 inch) for Hanging Heat Lamp Holder and Light Fixture

This is the first time I have used a double reptile stand. I have found the lamp shades that hold two bulbs never seen to keep both bulbs burning at the same time and the on and off switches are too far down the wire and I can't reach them without having to roll the cage stand out. These two separate lamps let me control the bulbs individually and when both the UVA and UVB bulbs need to be on at the same time I don't have to worry about one going off. This is sturdy, easy to assemble and it doesn't fall over easy. I am happy with this lamp stand. I ordered a second one for the ceramic heat bulbs. My bearded dragon likes it dark at night with heat. Daytime he needs UVA and UVB and the old lamp couldn't be trusted to keep both bulbs burning during the day and sometimes they would go off and back on. But when my dragon doesn't get enough UVB or UVA he gets sluggish. That is how I could tell the bulbs weren't staying on. The two separate lamp holders are working great and my dragon is now happy and lively during the day.

This lamp stand would've gotten a full five stars from me if it weren't for the complete lack of assembly instructions. Sure, it's fairly intuitive to put together, but not including instructions feels a bit lazy. Someone who's not mechanically inclined might get frustrated.Once assembled, though, it's a nice lamp stand. You can adjust the height using some or all of the extension tubes, and the two lamp holders can be adjusted independently. It feels sturdy and is holding up my lamps securely so far. If you need extra stability, you could easily put a weight on the base. There's also a rubber pad that sticks onto the bottom metal plate to protect your floor.This stand is perfect for my Tegu's needs. The only real downside is the lack of assembly instructions, but once you figure it out, you have a solid lamp stand to keep your reptile safe and healthy. I like the appearance. My bearded dragon seems to love you wide this lamp stand broadcasts her basking light. I have a heating light on one side and a red light on the other. It took me about 10 minutes at the most to assemble. The height can be shorted and the arms directions are adjustable. It holds well as long as you put a weight at the base like the instructions inform. It was under $40. There are also two Velcro scraps to help hold the lamp cords back and tie them along the stand. All you will need is your lamps and bulbs.

We have a Leopard Gecko that was given to us by a local pet Shop after it was dropped off to them by a novice reptile keeper. It was on death's door. Underfed and clearly no heat lights were provided!SAD. However, we fed the heck out of it AND provided UV Lights, Day and Night Heat Lights.After 3 months, it is super healthy! The lights we had were placed on the mesh lids. I saw this Dual Light Stand and ordered it after getting the mirrored canister light shrouds. Just set them up! Easy to build and install! We love the spring arms that hold the lights! The switches are solid. GREAT STAND!

I didn't like this because no light come with it also you have to put something heavy on bottom so it doesn't turn over, I am afraid it would fall in the aquarium and break it

The stands base and pole is heavy duty. It assembled easily and gives you multiple sizes for the height. The top part accepts two arms or one in the center which is flexible. It easily holds the light well.

Holds up my UVB lights for my stuff. Nice double-holder arms. heavy enough to stay put too.

I would have given this five stars, but there is a complete lack of assembly instructions. Granted, the assembly is fairly intuitive, but the lack of instructions is lazy. If someone is not mechanically inclined, they might get frustrated. Once together, the lamp is nice. It can be adjusted in height by using some or all of the extension tubes, and then the two lamp holders can be adjusted independently. It is sturdy and holds the lamps securely. A rubber pad sticks onto the bottom metal plate to protect the floor. This is exactly the holder needed for our ball python. The only downside is the lack of assembly instructions, but when you can figure it out, you have a solid lamp to keep your reptile safe and healthy.
