This is a very good baking powder suitable for scones, soda bread etc. It has no after taste and gives a good even rise.

Never heard of double baking powder before so I was cautious in trying it out . An absolute winner for scones (use 45-50 gms per 1kg of flour, SR, or Plain)Without a doubt the highest scones I have ever made and the taste is excellent . I suggest that the reader might like still like to use single baking powder for those cakes, say victoria sponges as you could get carried away and easily use too much, but for scones and the like it will be double baking powder from now on ! The price is not that cheap but for me, worth the cost. A recommended product.

This baking powder isn't cheap but it's definitely worth the money. It's double acting so you don't need to use too much, making it really good value. It makes pancakes and Yorkshire puddings rise brilliantly. I'd definitely buy it again. Plus I love the cute tin!
