Can be tart or sweet but provides easily absorbed iron for the body.
This is very tart tasting but easily modified with a little honey. It is 2% iron so is being used as a food source easily absorbed by the body and easy on the body systems. Can be prepared with hot water and honey as a delicious dirnk.

The best for an upset stomach
I've used Eden Ume Plum paste for decades. I hope it will always be available. It's the best for an upset stomach. You don't have to use very much at all, and the jar lasts forever. I even travel with a small container of it (and leave the Pepto Bismal on the pharmacy shelf lol).

Rich plum flavor
The taste of tea made from this concentrate is terrific, with a tart, rich plum flavor. When paired with honey, it's even better! This is a very good quality product that lasts a long time because you only need a tiny spoonful to make a cup of tea, so it's definitely good value for the money.
