Worth the money
Have started running again recently and these seem to help with muscle pain and old joints. Also seem to be sleeping better. Would recommend and taste so good 👍

These magnesium gummies have a nice berry flavour and a very chewy consistency. I have not seen any significant effects on my tiredness or anything else the bottle claims, but this may require more long term use.
