Hi, I wear contacts and by the end of the day my eyes burn, are super red, and itchy! Since I bought this heating pad which has 3 settings of heat. My eyes are happy in the morning, I use it right before bed which is also super calming. I use it for 20 minutes or so, then turn it off and roll over and sleep. It has been a life changing product. I will be buying more for gifts. I will add a picture soon!

Works great. Much better than the microwaveable one. Would give it a 5 but cord way to short. Go ahead and order a usb extension. Less than $5

My husbands doctor recommended using heat on his eyes every day due to his tear ducts drying up. This is convenient and easy to use. It does not have a traditional plug, so you'll need a USB plug to be able to use it. It comes with a very nice carrying case, and it's very portable. For tired and sore eyes, this works very well.

I'm amazed this eye mask has as many good reviews as it does. I had high hopes to use this mask at the end of the night for my dry eyes and am very disappointed.The mask is soft and comfortable, but that's a moot point because it's not tight enough around the face to actually get close to your eyelids. On top of that, it doesn't heat well. I tried it three nights in a row, turning it on its highest setting well in advance, and it barely warmed. The plugin is outdated and will require an extra converter if you want to use it from your computer or phone.The instruction booklet is all written in bad English. They didn't bother to design a good product and couldn't care enough to hire a decent English copywriter to get their ideas across.

I purchased this product to assist with my chronic dry eyes. It heats well, but like other reviewers I find the cord is a bit too short. Also, it doesn't fit my eye area as snugly as I'd like and I have to push on it for it to fit correctly.

Purchased for relief of chronic dry eye. Fit is poor and irritating; unit barely heats up, even on HIGH setting, and doesn't provide heat for more than 10 minute (at best).

I bought this because I have Bell's Palsy. The doctor wants me to keep my face warm at night. This product is soft and warm, although it doesnt really helps shut my eyes, just covers my eyes. But I love it. I hope they sell it with the wall plug instead just usb cable.

The mask works well and if the USB cord were longer I would have rated 5 Stars. The lenght of the cord is to short.
