It’s a good product for small cleanups. We have used it several times on pet stains and it does a good job of suctioning! Lightweight and easy to clean the machine. It is easy to set-up and use. Not bad investment for the money.

The media could not be loaded. I got this carpet cleaner as a bonus with another machine, so I didn’t have particularly high expectations—but it has definitely exceeded them. The setup is straightforward, and it did a great job cleaning both my carpet and sofa. It even handled a milk tea spill on my carpet with no issues, lifting the stain effectively.For something that came as a free add-on, the performance is surprisingly good, making it a very cost-effective option. It’s not a high-end cleaner, but for the price (or lack of one), it’s more than capable. If you’re looking for something simple and efficient without breaking the bank, this is a great choice.

Easy to use. Lightweight. Great suction. Easy to clean. Live this little thing. Wish the sprayer was more targeted, but overall very pleased with this purchase. Used on a my fabric bedframe after a nasty move across five states. Attached are before and after photos

The media could not be loaded. This thing broke after using it twice. It clearly has arrows pointing in both directions but broke anyways. This thing also says it gets water up to a certain degree which it doesn't. There either no heating mechanism or a verry weak one thats useless.

I was really excited to receive this spot cleaner because I was sick of lugging my big carpet scrubber up from the basement to my second floor bedroom and I needed to tackle a stain left on my tan carpet from my leaky air conditioner. So I will say that this is easy to set up and use, the cleaning solution smells good, and there's very little prep to use this product. You pretty much fill the tank with hot water and solution and can use it right away, and the dirty water enters the second tank to be emptied once you're done. The instructions make it really easy to understand. This spot cleaner is probably great at sucking up water or things like that. BUT with this set in stain, it didn't really do much to get rid of it. I even let it dry and tried again. Stain is slightly lighter, but definitely still there. I have not tried it on upholstery yet but I think it would do better on darker fabrics.

This spot cleaner works pretty well. Easy to use, easy to clean. It's a little heavy, but I can overlook that. The suction power is full. It doesn't leave the floor too wet. It's nice and compact. My only complaint is if you have more than one spot, it doesn't maneuver too well from one spot to the other because there's no parts, but again, it gets the job done.
