The grinder is heavy and solid with high-quality granite stones and steel parts. Grinding is very smooth and fast, and it doesn’t heat up. Noise is normal. Well-packaged and durable. Highly recommended

Very well designed
Review after 3 months. I find this wet grinder really useful. It is useful for elder people as well easy to pour out the batter by just tilting down. Noise is also very less and 3L is very sufficient for a family of 4.

Really nice product, works greatly and is a BIG help to us. Though i had a little issues with the exchange of a broken part but overall the product and customer service is really good.

Ponmani customer service and response was too good. The person who spoke to us was very polite and ready to help us though we have not purchased directly from them. We purchased this 3l tilting wet grinder from Amazon for my sister who is residing in Australia. When it reached there the centre plastic(attached to stone) was broken during the transit. When we reached Ponmani, they were immediately ready to help us by sending through the part that was broken. Their customer service is too good and I will give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
