Good product bad instructions
I wouldn't say hatching and growing dirt spawning killifish is a something for first time fishkeepers I think that's why the reviews are bad from people without experience and. poor instructions. But the eggs viable I suggest anybody not familiar with hatching dirt spawning killifish there's plenty of YouTube videos and sources online. Overall highly satisfied with my purchase

Overview
okay, quick overview. It says ages eight and up, but I don’t even understand the instructions! Then when I figured it out, it said the hatching date was in 5 days! I don’t know if the fairy shrimp will hatch. I hope the killifish will hatch, but they keep getting nearly thrown in the garbage. Hope they hatch!

Kit works, well prepared for setup. Few eggs
Killifish kit arrived well packaged, and had easy to use instructions. I followed them precisely and had no problems setting up the water and getting the fairy shrimp to hatch a day before placing the fish eggs and substrate in the prepared water. Unfortunately their either was only 1 killifish egg in the peat moss media or something occurred that kept any other eggs from hatching. Either way, I have one very healthy and active killifish fry eating well and growing fast from the kit. I may have just been unlucky in the batch I received as it's incredibly hard to see the eggs, but I can confirm it works since I do have one fry, and it's active and eating. I will try and post pictures once it's grown, hoping for a male.
