My experience so far is that the tiger milk mushroom is improving my respiratory health. I have been taking it for 5 weeks now—the first week I took one 300 mg capsule once a day, & then after that I began taking one 300 mg capsule 2x a day (taken with food is best). It is not a quick fix, so if you’re willing to give it some time to begin working, hopefully you’ll have positive results as well. I appreciate how affordable this is, compared to other brands, & I appreciate being able to find tiger milk mushroom without anything else added to it. I like the positive effects so much that I recently purchased a bottle for my (adult) son to try.
