I love this straightener. I use it on setting 3 (after finding out what the 9 levels were) With being older and having thinner hair, this was the recommended setting. It straightens my hair with 1 swipe and doesn't damage my hair. It remembers my setting and all I have to do is turn it on and it's on level 3. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loves it, i love how it straightens her hair, it's also very pretty, however it is quite heavy and if you have wrist problems it will be a problem.

This is an amazing flat iron. I got it for my daughter because the one we had took forever to get her hair straight, and this one works so well! She has naturally wavy/curly hair and love the option to make it straight, and this flat iron works usually with just one pass. Great purchase!

This iron performs as advertised, straightening my extremely thick, wavy hair in 1 pass most of the time. Since the iron is so slim, I have to run it very slowly to achieve this, so it doesn't save time over my previous flat iron (Solia brand, currently out of stock). Going faster ends up adding additional passes and I immediately notice heat damage at that point. Again, not a problem with my old iron. It's also twice the price of the Solia. At this price point, I was hoping for a heat resistant sleeve to store it in, but that wasn't the case. I'm satisfied with it, but I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a less damaging daily use straightener.

It might be a little pricey but it works great for my fine hair!! Ironing is more important the older I get as it seems my hair is more frizzy with the gray hairs mixed in. Presenting a professional image and wearing my hair down is a lot easier with this!

I had a t-3 flat prior to buying this on and it worked fine for about 2 year. Which I my experience is not that long. Products seem to be more expensive and don’t last nearly as long. This was priced well but just could not deliver on the quality. The plates themselves had a rough finish making it hard to achieve that sooth look with making more than one pass. The problem is the flat iron seemed to take all the body out of my hair. When I was done my hair was flat and limp stringy looking. This one was not for me I returned it.
