I got this board for Christmas Eve with my family. We do karaoke and games every year. I can't wait to play this!This is a quality board, nicely stained and polished. The marbles are real marbles. It even comes with a cloth bag for the marbles. This game is a keeper!!The game can be played as partners or individually, up to 4 players. The dealer deals 3 phases of cards to each player. Discarded cards are placed in the center or 'fire pit'. Specific cards do different things, i.e. the Ace and King get you out of the 'outside zone' to the 'base hole' to start movement on the board. Some cards forces the next player to discard a card while another allows you to replace someone else's marble with your own. Other cards just give you numbers of movements on the board. Once a player has all 4 marbles in the 'safety zone', they can play for their partner until all 8 are in safety. I can't wait to play with the family!! I love it!

I was plesantly surprised at how nice this game is. I've never played it before but love games so decided to try it. The instructions are pretty clear, and the wooden board is beautiful and a very nice quality. Comes with 2 decks of cards and the marbles, both of which are also nice. I haven't actually played the game yet because I don't have company that often. I only removed one star because I was disappointed with the box it comes in. Since you need somewhere to put the cards and marbles, you have to store this game in a box. But the box is so flimsy and doesn't even close snugly. It's also very generic looking. A little extra effort to make the box design nicer and higher quality would go a long way to making this a really great game. Of course I'll still enjoy it since the game is what really matters.

I liked the board especially well, because it's polished smooth with an elegant dark finish. The game is packaged in a glossy cardboard box that's perfect for storing the game when not in use.

The descriptions of how each card dictates the movement of the marbles are open to interpretation. I searched YouTube for demonstrations, and didn't find anything for a Middle East Marbles and Jokers Board Game. The printed instructions they include do not even address the four joker cards, yet the word 'Jokers' is in the name so they must have some kind of importance. If you're already familiar with this game and know how to play, I think you'll appreciate the quality of this set. If you're a novice, it will probably be frustrating and boring and remind you a lot of the board game 'Sorry'.

The first thing I noticed about this game when I opened the box is how beautiful and high quality the wood is. The marbles look beautiful against the dark colors. The cards are good quality too. I like that the game comes with 2 sets of instructions so as you learn the game, you can refer to the instructions. I love strategy games and look forward to playing this game. My only complaint is that for the price point, I wish the game was self contained. There's no way to store the game in my game closet and keep all the pieces and board together.

It comes with a canvas bag to store the marbles in and 2 sets of playing cards. The instructions are included and clearly written. The whole set is good quality and a good value for the price. Perfect for home game nights or for gifting.

Components are all there and well made.This is a remarkably fun and simple game about moving marbles around the board. The rules are painfully translated into English and could have used another look over for clarity. But a few play-throughs and an internet search later, we got it.Less one star for rules sheet. But recommend nonetheless.
