Pretty good probiotics! I like the taste and feel like it actually helps my gut

I purchased these probiotics to give them a try. I had been using another brand for almost a year and they worked well, but they were expensive and I have to take them everyday for my digestive health. I thought I would try these since they were less expensive and had good reviews. I took these for about a month and they caused bloating, stomach cramps and other unpleasant side effects. The other thing that sucks is I ordered one bottle just to try them, but I accidentally ordered 3. Before the order was shipped, I tried to cancel the other bottles, but was told they are unreturnable, so they shipped the 3 bottles and now I'm stuck with them and Amazon will not issue a refund. I will never recommend these to anyone.

This is a 60 gummy shelf stable probiotic supplement with a serving size of 1, which delivers 5mg (1 billion CFU) of Bacillus Coagullans. It also contains a list of ingredients for sake of making it a taste gummy treat, but most appear to be natural so nothing I’m concerned about. I like Bacillus Coagullans as a good standard probiotic bacteria that we all should have flourishing in our guts. It’s good for both GI support as well as overall immunity. B Coagullans can survive extreme conditions so we can count on it for digestive wellbeing, and especially alleviating IBS and constipation. So plenty of benefits to this probiotic, but I’ll also point out that this is very lacking in variety of probiotic strains as well as potency with its 1 billion CFU. I’m not so surprised since it’s a shelf stable gummy. Other probiotics I take are refrigerated capsules with live bacteria and offer 100 billion CFU and many bacteria strains. That’s usually the difference between shelf stable and refrigerated probiotics. However the disadvantage of those is they have to be refrigerated which means I can’t take them when I travel. So I do like this product for on the go, along with a few other options I have when I travel. Who knew that supporting your gut & digestion health could taste so good. These berry shaped & flavored gummies by Havasu Nutrition are delicious. You only need 1 per day, so this bottle provides a 60 day supply. There is 1 g of added sugar, and 10 calories per serving. These gummies are a product of Australia, and manufactured in a GMP facility. I would have liked to see lab testing, however, nothing was noted on the label.

This is a pretty basic probiotic gummy. It doesn't taste terrible (maybe because I don't like Stevia), and it isn't too hard to chew. Apparently this is "vegetarian friendly." There's no mention of whether this is vegan or not. First, and interestingly, the picture of the plastic jar on the Amazon page shows beeswax as one of the ingredients, although the jar I have doesn't have it listed, nor is it listed in the Amazon product picture that shows the supplemental facts and ingredients. Secondly, apparently some probiotic bacteria strains are cultured in animal or animal derived sources. My guess is that this is not vegan friendly. This looks like it's a great value.
