Comfortable and excellent value for the price
Excellent ear phones for an incredible bargain (got at 50% off). Have only used in-ear headphones before, and they were never comfortable and never stayed in my ears no matter what I tried (all the different size tips, over the ear versions, etc.). These stay in place, are so comfortable I don’t even remember I have them on, and the sound quality is excellent. They are very customizable for sound and control functionality. Can be a little annoying because the controls are touch-sensitive, so it is hard to put them on without accidentally touching the controls. If you want a want a simple plug-and-play, these aren’t it. But the minor annoyance is worth the comfort and sound quality. The company offers many features through the app. I will likely never use any of them (I just want simple ear buds), but nice to have the option if I ever change my mind.

Excellent open ear set, comfort, sound, & good value at times.
Highly recommend these V20i Sound Core in comfort, clarity and are available at times as a good value for the quality. I originally received this model as a gift and was very impressed and bought a second set for my wife whom loved mine! The adjustable ear piece is a plus and so far seem to have really good battery life. Their SoundCore App for iPhone is one of the best I’ve used if needed. The iPhone app upgraded my headset firmware and you can also adjust the touch controls to your liking on both ear pieces. Note: Tho works on my iPhone fine, “Currently” this app isn’t available for download on Windows PC’s in the United States region. Our headsets also work BlueTooth connected with both the iPhone & my Windows11 PC; playing either takes precedence to the headset. I particularly like that the open ear type also works well for those who also need to hear some of what’s around you. And, for me no long term ear itch from an in the ear bud. These are great!

Almost perfect...
Connectivity: Pairing was easy and straight forward; audio quality is great (particularly once equalizer was adjusted to my taste. Oh, and for those new to Anker Soundcore products, you WILL need to download the APP to access and use full features); they fit perfectly fine around my ears with no danger of falling off/out even when I vigorously shake my head; sound quality did NOT alter once I put on my knit winter cap as regularly occurs with standard earbuds due to the buds inside the ear canal being depressed further inside or otherwise shifting around; while these may not be 'noise cancelling' they do still drown out plenty of ambient noise; volume is great! That does it for the Pros. Cons: Just one. There is NO WAY to determine the battery life of the CASE! In the app it shows the battery life of the individual buds. Great! But there is nothing for the case. I've got a pair of Soundcore SportX20 and these DO have an indicator for the case along with the buds. So I KNOW the technology exists. Why'd yo guys skimp on this feature? This is why I had to dock you One Star for this lapse. Otherwise, great product! Edit: Jan 2, 2026. Okay, so after I scanned the QR code for the on-line manual, I learned that the battery life reading for the case can be interpreted thus…when you re-install the ear buds into the case if the case light is STEADY, then there is 46% to 100% power. However, if the light is blinking then there remains anywhere from 45% to 0% power. So, if it’s blinking you may as well plug in and recharge. That’s something, but I still prefer a more accurate reading instead of a range.

Good sound, User Friendly App, Easy Connect, Excellent Support
I much prefer the open ear design instead of inner ear canal rubber buds. These are comfortable with adjustable ear hooks and easy to connect. Sound quality is not fabulous, but good, as expected for moderately priced technology. You can download their App to your phone if you want to customize all the options like prerecorded background sounds like oceans and forests and white noise. But these connect fine to devices that do not have a User Interface, like a device that connects to a TV audio out. Works great with Alexa too. I had a Bluetooth connection issue at first, contacted customer support and they were excellent helping me out. Turned out the problem was on my end, the buds worked great. The one minor critique is that the case does not have a battery level indicator LED.

Quality + Function better than Apple
I ordered because I have small ears and my airpods aren't comfortable and for price. I am not disappointed. The charge on these lasts a really long time, they are comfortable and the sound quality during calls, playing music or scrolling is great! They haven't loosened while working out, and I think I am a full convert to Anker and leaving Apple.

These are a "Must Buy"
I was looking for an inexpensive set of over the ear headphones and these are a hit. The sound is incredible with strong bass. The fit is so comfortable and they stay tight during my workouts at the gym. Out of the box I was worried that they did not have one feature I really wanted. Oh no, you just need to download the Soundcore app, add your device and you can customize the touch controls. Battery life seems good, I have used the for 7 hours without having to recharge. You can see the battery level in the App to know when you need to charge them. Here are the Pros and Cons. Pros: Great sound with the ability to customize the sound profile. Comfortable with a tight fit. Great value for the price. The app offers numerous options to customize your listening experience Cons: None. I highly recommend these full function customizable headphones at such a low price.

Great for Podcasts and Phone Calls.
Why I gave these a 5 star rating: 1. Affordable 2. Long lasting battery 3. Comfortable to wear without being stuck in my ear or making my head sweat 4. Great sound quality for what I am listening to on them. I use these to podcasts and make phone calls. The are perfect for these functions. I enjoy using these when it’s too hot for my over the ear headphones. I would not recommend these if you want to be immersed in music because the sound stage on these is not great. They are great for listening to podcasts and phone calls, and that’s how I use them.

Fabulous find
I've been using wireless earbuds to listen to true crime podcasts at work for quite a few years. I have sensitive ears, so the type of earbud that you just shove into your ear canal doesn't work for me; they hurt my ears. I was finally able to settle on a neckband, with small molded buds that nestle in the outer part of the ear, pointed into the canal. I used soft silicone ear tips that hooked into the upper part of my ear, and they were pretty comfy. However, the neckband was silicone connected to hard plastic, and after a while of putting them on and taking them off, the silicone breaks away from the hard plastic, and while the sound is fine, the earbuds just fall apart. I had three or four of the same neckands, and I finally just got fed up and started looking for something different. Initially, neckband batteries lasted longer than individual earbuds, but now that's not necessarily the case. The problem for me was finding molded earbuds small enough to not hurt my ears. So I found these and decided to give them a try, and I'm very glad I did. They have a silicone piece that hooks over the ear, and the speaker lies up against the outer ear, with four different positions for adjustment. I need a few things with my work earbuds: 1. Battery life. I start my day at 7:30 am, and around 3:30 pm, I get a sound notifying me that the battery is at 20%. I only wear one at a time because I'm at work, and I don't want to be completely shut off from my coworkers should they need to speak to me. If, for some reason, the one bud dies, I can switch to the other one, which is still in the case and charged. 2. Multipoint connection. I have these connected to my tablet, which is how I listen to podcasts, and my cell phone at the same time, so if I get a phone call, it automatically disconnects from the tablet and switches to my ringing phone. 3. Range. I get up from my desk and move around the office, and I've had some earbuds that wouldn't stay connected at as little as 15 feet away. I experimented once with these, and I would say that at approximately 70 feet away from my tablet, around a corner, they started breaking up a bit. That is, by far, the longest range I've ever come across. I also have a restroom that's maybe 30 or 40 feet away with a thick wall separating it from my devices, and they stay connected. 4. Comfort. Once or twice a day, I need to pull the speaker away from my ear for a few seconds because it gets a tiny bit achy, but comparatively, they are comfortable. Bonus: with other earbuds, if I stay out of range for too long, I often have to reconnect when I get back in range. With these, they will automatically reconnect. There's an app that can be used; you can customize the sound and set functions. For instance, you can set the volume to increase or decrease with one tap or two taps, etc. When the battery is low, you can just put them back in the case and they'll charge up again, even without the case being plugged in. I'm very happy that I found these!
