Good for International Travel

Read that certain Probiotics may reduce stomach issues when traveling internationally if taken beforehand and while traveling. Started 2 pills per day 5 days before traveling to the Philippines. Took 1 pill a day while in the Philippines. I never had any stomach or intenstinal issues even though I did occassionally have local ice or fruit drinks made with local water and even ate some street food.So I would absolutely recommend these if you are traveling internationally.
