too small and takes forever to load

Its adorable but can't find any cellular services that support the phone :( Any help with this is greatly appreciated, my 7 year old is crazy about the phone.

It's a very small phone. The size of a business card. Great for going out when you're scared you'll lose your phone. Also good for little ones who don't need the expensive phones. Camera quality is ok. Battery does drain fast if you use it alot especially on YouTube for face time. If you want FaceTime you have to download an app. Cellular data, I tried my att sim card and it did work but att sent a text saying it's not compatible but I was able to call and text. I also tried the sim card from my daughter's tick talk watch and it works. I think that company is red pocket and it uses att. Just got the phone so idk how the longevity will last. Hopefully it will last for years. It is a slower charge. The phone case does allow you to use a lanyard too.

It gives you what you would expect although it doesn’t have App Store only google playstore but YouTube works and stuff like that it’s good for a backup.

Es muy compacto, cabe en cualquier bolsillo y la batería dura bastante considerando el tamaño. Ideal para niños, personas mayores o como teléfono de emergencia. I bought this phone when my old phone died all of a sudden. I needed something quickly and for a low price, and this was where I landed. I've had the phone almost a month now. Pros: -All the apps work - Google Maps, Facebook, internet browser. Talking and texting is easy. -Keyboard is large enough to use easily when phone is turned sideways. -Phone is truly unlocked. Cons: -Battery life is terrible. Phone does not last the whole day - I have to plug it in around dinnertime. The battery usage in Settings does not work, so there's no way to tell what apps are draining the battery. -Poor antenna for cell service and Wifi. If I'm not in a city, the phone often says that I have no cell service. If I'm at home and not in the same room as the router, it says the Wifi quality is poor. -Worst of all, there are ads on the phone. The ads began a week after I got the phone, so I did a factory reset. The ads then stopped for a while, but then they appeared after another week. They either show up as push notifications (with no way to turn them off) or appear over apps that are being used. It seems like the developers want you to get comfortable using the phone, and then they start bombarding you with ads after a week, once you've decided to keep the phone. Overall, it's a cheap phone that works in a pinch, but it is inconvenient and frustrating to use. You're better off finding something else.
