I’ve been using this Xlear nasal spray twice a day for a few months now. In the morning when I wake up, and at night before bed. It’s actually made a real difference in keeping my nose clear, especially during allergy season. The combination of saline and xylitol feels gentle yet effective, and I appreciate that it’s simple, natural, and doesn’t sting. When my nose is dry or irritated in any way, I instinctively grab this stuff now. Keep in mind, if you use it too much it can dry out your nose. If you've used this stuff before, you know exactly why I'm giving it 5 stars.

I have been using XLEAR nasal spray at bedtime for several years. It has changed my sleep patterns for the good ! I no longer wake-up several times a night with nasal congestion which impedes my breathing. My sleep studies show improved sleep apnea and I have been able to put off going the CPap route of treatment. I use a spray as my house is very dry and my sinuses suffer for it. This is a really good nasal spray because you don’t become addicted to it like some over-the-counter sprays.
