I believe this is the first review I submit after all the items I've bought off Amazon. Before I purchased the product, I was a little worried about the quality and durability of the product because of some of the reviews I had read. We used the chafing dishes for Thanksgiving and everyone loved the look! They kept my food warm, no mishaps with holes burning through the first warming bowl, and were super easy to put together. Please make sure you put the water in the water bowl BEFORE you light the Sterno warmer. I wasn't any missing parts, but I'm sure if I was they would have sent them to me immediately. Loved the product!

I used these chafing dishes for my Friendsgiving, and they were absolutely beautiful! The gold accents added such an elegant touch to the table, and they held a generous amount of food while keeping everything warm throughout the event. They were easy to assemble and clean, and I received tons of compliments. The only minor drawback was the lid holder on the side—it wasn’t as practical as I’d hoped and a bit tricky to attach. Still, that didn’t take away from the overall look and performance.

I am so impressed with these chaffing dishes. I had them on my wishlist for a long time and my husband bought them from me as an early Christmas gift because we always have a Christmas Eve party. They really do make the difference if you like to entertain. They make the entire spread look professionally put together. One of my favorite features is that when you need to pack them away they don’t take up too much space. Pro-tip: save the box. When I packed them away everything stacked together neatly. The only thing I did to make them even more compact for storage was remove the knobs on the lids. I put them along with the tongs that came with them (that was a nice surprise) inside the dish and then all of the lids stacked together as well. I was surprised how many people at our party complimented them. It mattered to me that everything looked nice but I was surprised how many people noticed the extra touch (all women, course). A huge bonus with using these chaffing dishes is the ability to temperature control that you don’t have with a traditional sterno setup. The gel holders have a lid with a piece that swivels over the flame. Our party lasts a while with no “sit down” dinner time. I used that lid to partially cover the flame so it kept everything hot without burning or overdoing the food. These are definitely going to last for as long as I’m able to entertain and then I’ll hand them off to my kids for them to use. They’re heavy stainless, easy to clean, and durable.
