Disappointed with Premature Failure and Lack of Support
I purchased this pressure cooker just two years ago, drawn by the promise of its 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite regular and careful use, the cooker has already become defective, failing to maintain pressure properly and making it unsafe and unusable.What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I've tried contacting both Amazon and the seller, expecting them to honor the warranty or at least offer a solution, but I've been met with silence and unhelpful automated responses. It's unacceptable for a product to fail so quickly, especially when it comes with such a lengthy warranty, and then for the avenues of support to be virtually nonexistent.I would strongly advise against buying this pressure cooker, not only because of its questionable durability but also due to the non-existent customer service. Lid quality is poor and not fixing properly
Lid is doing little prblm. You have to press on side to fix, and if you are trying to fix while cooking, that would be vulnerable.
