I’ve been using these earplugs for the past 6 months, and they are a must have for long bike rides. I completed a 2000 km trip using them, and they were extremely comfortable throughout. They are soft on the ears and did not hurt at all. The material feels high quality, fits perfectly in the ears, and works great as a disposable use and throw option. Highly recommended for riders who spend long hours on the road.

Reduces noise by 70-80% if you use it the right way and it's not that hard to use it the right way ,good product , the foam didnt hurt my ear while sleeping only drawback is u can use it for just 1-2days as they are disposable but I guess at this price point it's justified ,highly recommend for sleeping and studing or doing any kind of mental task

Absolutely amazing pair of earplugs , just be mindful to change them and dispose old ones when there is visible dirt, been using them in my helmet and have no problems of wind noise at 80-90 kmph cruising , also clearly able to listen to music and talk on helmet with the earplugs in. Gr8 Value for money , just insert them the right way which is to roll and compress hold up your ear and insert and hold them until they regain shape and isolate , plenty videos on youtube about it

This product is not having proper insulation of sound. It does not properly fit in ears. When we try to push inside the ear, it does not go inside due to its softness. Not serving the purpose.

I've been using this 3M Earplugs for two years now. I was introduced about this product through Sandeep Maheshwari's meditation video. Initially I ordered it for my studies but now I mainly used as a sleep aid apparatus. I have sleep of a cat. My sleep is so light that even slight noice is enough to wake me up. I tried using "sleep music" (including fan voice). Don't get me wrong. It did help but I was still paranoid. The countless sleepless nights reduced my concentration and I couldn't focus on my studies. I started using earplug for meditation and studies. Then I thought why shouldn't I use it when I sleep? And I did. It did increase my sleep quality. I have secured 1st rank in my graduation. Initially using earplug was little uncomfortable for me but I got used to it. Pros: It is miraculous product for those who are light sleepers like me. It does increase your sleep quality and will prevent you from waking up in mid night from trival noices. It is made up of foam and hence comparatively softer than other Earplugs in market. Cons: It is made up of foam which is porous in nature. It does accumulate microbes from environment. The ear-fluid and sweat support growth of microbes/germs on surface of earplug. So if you don't carefully handle it, you won't be able to use it multiple times. But even if you maintain hygiene and sanitize your hand before application, it still cannot be used for more than 15 days. I have tested it. Used hand sanitizer every time I plug it in my ear but still after month or so, I got ear infection. So no matter how you handle it, after few weeks, you have to throw it. So I replace it every 15 days. I am not supposed to use it even for 15 days as it is "use and throw" product but because I'm from middle class family, I can't afford to do that. But I would say you can use it for 15 days (maximum) if you maintain hygiene and handle it with utmost care (place it in sterilize box/bottle). Thanks for reading.
