I consumed these l lysine tablets for the first time in my life. they are indeed very effective./ My hand and legs skin look softer than earlier. My keratosis Pilaris ( chicken Skin) is very much smooth now. Knee skin looks baby skin now. This brand NOW is offers effective products. In the beginning i felt some bowel movement with these. So i skipped next day and started taking one tablet at night . And slowly my body got used to it so there is no uneasyness in bowel. It feels like it is healing gut.

Its helpful in acne ...it cleared my skin but u need to use it for like 3months and then discontinue ...give a break of 2-3 mnths and then again..just add as a supplement for beautiful skin.

I will take 1 a day for 3 months along with Vitamin B12 and Vitamin-E for skin health. The combination has so far given me mildly stronger nails. I will update after the 3 months are up.

Its been ages i purchased this product, i haven't seen much improvement in my overall health, BUT i want to tell this: This tablet is hella big. I injured my throat several times trying to swallow it. People with no gag reflex are going to have a difficult time. Wish they manufactured small sizes. Now im traumatized to buy their tablets.

It has no smell. It is a rather large pills. Keep that in mind. I did not see an effect on my skin or sleep quality
