I bought this item earlier this year (7 months prior to this review)No issues as far as the product or delivery. I actually like it a lot, and so did my mom as it was a PRESENT for her. She dropped it a few times and it survived all the falls. No jewels that had fallen out.I do have an issue THAT SOMEONE STOLE IT OFF OF HER KEYCHAIN AND THEN RETURNED THE KEYS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I’ll be reordering this item soon, though, since my ELDERY MOTHER IS NOW SAD.
