As described.. very nice product.. Works very well for second story window washing..

I bought this to reach my skylights. For the cetion it was able to reachit worked well, unfortunatrely is was too short to reach where I needed. I will use this to clean my windows though.

I like that it contains with several parts and extends to reach our 20 ft windows. The pole is a little flimsy so it’s hard to put pressure on the window to scrub any specific spot off. Works better on lower windows.

The first time I used this the head snapped off rendering this product useless. Sadly I did not use it until after the cutoff period to return. Most of the item is metal. The one part that should be metal is plastic.

I got two of my upstairs windows done before the handle thing snapped off. Tried to take it apart so I could return it and there’s two pole pieces that will not unscrew from each other. Can’t talk to the seller bc Amazon is in charge of it. So, 1/10

I just used this for the first time and measured it, and I would like to know where the reaching 20 plus feet comes in. You say one thing in the title and another in the description and photos. People need to know exactly what they are getting. I measured this and it is approximately 12.75 feet, or 153 inches properly assembled, in it's ENTIRE length. You must be going by the lengths of each individual piece, still not 20 + feet though. The price frequently changes by at least ten dollars. Not long ago it was $39. I could have gotten it cheaper if I ordered today. It was alright, of course bends a bit the longer it is, I think the connections are not too bad. Luckily it was just long enough for what I needed. Head should be wider. The squeegee should be more durable.
