this is a cheaper fabric with a random flap of fabric hanging from the back
this is a cheaper fabric and it’s uncomfortable and it has some type of extra fabric hanging over the back. I thought it was a handle, but it’s literally just a flap of fabric. I tried to wear this and I just couldn’t get it to fit comfortably. I did try adjusting the Velcro and everything and it just was not working. It seems very small. I did test another vest from a friend of mine and it fit way better and it had way better quality but the same build style and the same price that I found on Amazon I recommend just finding you a better quality vest.

You have to buy your own insert
I hate that the insert did not come with the vest, because I have been having trouble finding some. But overall it was a great purchase and I recommend anyone to buy this vest fits very good.

I like the vest it's perfect if your playing paintball or with bb guns it fit perfectly I'm not a big man I'm 5'8 and 145 pounds fit the quality is good and it's definitely worth the price the vest is thin so you would have to buy trama pad to put in the front of the plates
