First time I have purchased this type of product, on the recommendation of a pet shelter manager for my newly adopted puppy. Although the product seems excellent every time I place an order at least 50% of the bottles break. I have given up on ordering from this company because it is a waste of money if 50% of what I order breaks and leaks all over everything.

Just received this in the mail. It did leak inside the package so I didn’t have a full bottle. Plus it says it is unavailable to return. Will give this a try and hopefully it works. It is easy to use and the instructions are clear on the bottle.
