Ordered this as a Christmas Gift for my teen. He LOVES Pacific Rim and having a figure was a huge goal for him. But the figure literally fell apart in his hands. I’ve never seen him so upset. He removed it from the box to position it in his shelf and moved one of the arms and it came off in his hand. The other arm tore at the joint instead of moving and is now stuck where it is if we don’t want it to come off completely. I ordered it months in advance to ensure he could have one for the holiday so the exchange window had expired.
