Nice ball for physical therapy use
Exactly what I was looking for to continue my physical therapy at home. The ball was about the same size as the therapy place uses and was very easy to blow up. Nice it comes with extra plug and straw to blow up.

Rotator Cuff helper!
I tore my rotator cuff in my shoulder and was recommended to try using small ball against a wall to help strengthen it ! Highly recommended

Overall feel is firm but offers some flexibility for exercise. Only problem is trying to keep air in the ball while trying to put the stopper in. Too mich air escapes and you have to keep on trying. Ver exhausting.

Truly a fun exercise ball!
lightweight, easy to use, fun! I have been using this ball to do stretches and my workout routine. Ever since I upped the routine with the ball, I am defn seeing results. Its easy to grip, inflates well, and is fun to use

great for therapy
I'm using it as a post young age stroke therapy ball and I love it. My therapist had to inflate it as 1 hand didn't cut it. It is working great for all my squeeze therapy exercises and I'm already seeing a strength gain in my bum left leg.

Good exercise ball
Good size for Pilates and other OT exercises. Comes with an attachment to inflate. Nice colors.
