I used to use Razer products years ago, but swapped due to the amount of 'glitches' or products failing within a month outside of warranty. 2021 I thought seeing that they're all receiving such positive reviews and recommendations, then they must have improved, and I switched back. 2023, literally 3 days past my warranty period and my Naga Trinity starts playing up. So I went on a search for an alternative branded mouse. Logitech was a high contender, but really lacked the programmable keys I wanted. Enter ROCCAT. They've been hovering around the fringes of mainstream attention, but every now and then a reviewer might mention them. FANTASTIC. Good size for palm holders. Nice amount of programmable keys in a convenient location. Good battery life so far. Bluetooth and dongle connectivity. Only downside to me is that the mouse is a little light and the scroll wheel can be a bit finicky when in game, however the trade-off in knowing that i'm no longer supporting a company that (in my experience) is profiting merely off it's brand name and not it's quality is worth it.

Sehr schneller Lieferung sogar 2 Tage früher wie angegeben. Da ich nur ROCCAT Produkte verwende in Sachen Gaming war alles sehr schnell eingestellt und in Betrieb genommen.

Excellent mouse but a bit over priced. Coming from the Leadr this one is similar in feeling mouse, I miss some of the other buttons. Buttons feel great with good travel. Weight is near perfect for me, not too heavy or too light, 100g is the sweet spot. I only need one mouse now for Bluetooth and wireless connection to all my devices.

Ich bin enttäuscht, man hat mir B Ware aus Amerika zugeschickt, die oben drein einen Defekt aufwies. LED Ladeleuchte funktionierte nicht und Update schlug fehl. Das es ROCCAT nicht mehr gibt, wundert mich nicht mehr im geringsten! Habe alles von ROCCAT - billiger Chinamüll, anders kann ich das leider nicht mehr umschreiben. Der Rückversand ist auch sehr umständlich, man muss selber ausdrucken, d.h. wer nicht den gleichen Fehler machen möchte, sollte Bestellungen aus dem Ausland dringend vermeiden. Dies ist die 3. B Ware, die ich in einer einzigen Bestellung bekommen habe obwohl alles als Neuware angepriesen wurde. (desweiteren Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler von Bomann kamen mit Beulen an) Kann nur noch den Kopf schütteln. Die Kosten des Rückversands in Höhe von 50,99€ werden jedoch erstattet. Der Kundenservice ist freundlich, jedoch bin ich von diesen beschädigten Artikeln einfach nur noch genervt.
