White Hair Chalk - Edge Blendable Hair Color

Okay so I was very sceptical about this purchase. I wasn't sure if it would be the way I was wanting or not. I read all the reviews and decided I might as well pull the trigger and buy it. This is what I have to say about the performance. It's good for what I'm wanting. I'll be using this hair chalk on a black wig. I tried it on my own hair, with a few swipes on a strand of hair it became white very quickly and fully. However, there is a texture with it and no way could you brush it out. Sure the color was gone, the texture was not. You'll have to wash it out. But it's better than I had thought. I was expecting a more chalk like product but it's more of a cream. And for what I'm using it for, on a wig for a costume, it's perfect. I'll probably have to wash the wig tho.

Bought the red, white & blue hair chalk. As others have stated, people with darker hair will not have success with the red or blue. People with lighter colored hair got great results with these chalks and they lasted for the evening. No rubbing off on clothes from what I saw and I didn't have a color streaked pillow case when I woke up either. Made our red, white & blue themed party very festive! The white chalk would certainly work well for someone with dark hair.

Chalk made my hair feel very stiff even with some brushing. Glad I had gloves otherwise it would have stained my hands white. I have dark hair and it turned the hair to more of a light gray than white. Still have the effect I was going for - just two white strips in the front for a costume. Thankfully it's easy to wash out.

Worked well for a 100-year-old costume for the 100th day of school. Easy to apply and (perhaps more importantly) easy to wash out in one shampooing. It did leave hair looking a little clumpy after applying. One chalk stick was just the right amount for my child's medium-thick, shoulder-length hair.

This product does not do what is advertised. First, it's difficult to use & to get color on your hair. I have white/blonde hair and am wanting to go naturally white/gray and thought this would ease the growth and get me used to the idea. Second it's supposed to dry quickly...well an hour later and my hair is still "wet" and sticky....it feels & looks like i used a ton of gel on my hair. I would not recommend this. I also bought the silver with same results...the return policy is a joke so I'm out money & have a product I'll toss in the trash.

This product is very small, from the pictures I thought it was going to be much larger. I’d pay three dollars for this if I were to buy it again, not 10.
