The ice pack part broke when I was freezing it. I only had it for 5 months, and Willow refused to replace it saying it was “out of warranty”. They only replace parts within 3 months of purchase. Crazy to think the ice pack breaks only 5 months in… imagine if I had a full 16 ounces in my cooler and it broke?! Poor warranty and poor customer service. Choose another product!

Thermos is great and keeps the milk cold. The sleek design is nice as well. I use it for work to keep my milk cool all while also picking my son up from day care. It also fits great in the car and travels well. I debated between this cooler and the Momcozy one, but the price of this one made me go with it and overall I have found it to be a great purchase at a great price. I was extremely disheartened to find the ice pack cracked on day 2 of using the thermos. I still used it, as the ice crack wasn't too bad and there was nothing leaking from the ice pack, but today when I took the ice pack out of the freezer, it looked like the picture. Exchanging the product was super simple, though and I should get my new one tomorrow!
