The arch support is 3cm high. I used to be a teacher. I usually stand 4 hours a day to make lectures. With these insoles, my fatigue relieves a lot. They can help to relive a lot foot pain from long time standing in work boots. They do well to support arches for 8+hours or more. They won't fall easily.
